Profiles are free. Everything on this page is optional, separately labelled, and changes nothing about the order of the organic board.
It costs nothing to be on HireUs.
Creating a profile, appearing on the boards, being found and receiving interview invitations are all free, and always will be. Everything below is optional visibility. None of it changes where anyone appears on the organic Talent board.

What a company pays
Verifying your company, browsing and searching are free. Writing to someone needs a live hiring post — a role you are publicly hiring for. Post as many roles as you have; each is charged separately.
Hiring post
$49 USD
One role, live for 30 days, on the openings board and your company page. A person reads every post before it runs. It is a flat fee, not an auction — nobody can outbid you off it.
Your first renewal is $24.50 USD for another 30 days — half price, because the review has already happened. Renewals after that are the full fee.
Renew while it is still live and the days are added to the end, so nothing paid for is lost. A closed listing can still be renewed for 14 days, and keeps everything it collected; after that the role goes up again as a new listing.
Boost a hiring post
$79 USD
Optional. A labelled place on a board for 7 days, for a post you already have running. Every company that buys one appears — there is no auction and no ranking, so the strip reshuffles daily and nobody can outbid you off it. One boost per role at a time, and as many roles as you have running.
A boost runs its own 7 days and your 30-day post keeps running either way — it buys attention, never the organic order, and it is always labelled.
What a candidate can buy
Nothing, and that is the point — everything a candidate needs here is free. The one thing on sale is optional visibility, and it changes nothing about where anyone appears organically.
Spotlight rank
from $5 USD
A paid position on the Spotlight board, above the organic one and labelled as paid. Any amount from the minimum puts you on it — the board shows everyone who paid, ordered by amount, and the top 3 are highlighted. Resetting weekly. Bids go up in $1 USD steps.
Anyone can buy it for themselves, and anyone can back someone else — a backer can be named publicly or stay anonymous, and the person being backed can decline being publicly associated with them without losing the rank.
What money never buys
- A position on the organic Talent board, or in search results.
- A recommendation or endorsement from HireUs.
- Anyone's private contact details — a candidate shares those only by accepting an invitation.
- Removal of someone else, or a say over who else appears.
