You are the listing.
Most hiring sites list openings and ask you to apply into them. HireUs lists people who are available and asks employers to write to you. You do not apply here — you appear, and companies come to you.
Boosted roles
Nobody has boosted a role right now.
It is free, and it stays free
Creating a profile, appearing on the boards, being found and receiving interview invitations cost nothing and always will. Employers pay to post the roles they are hiring for; you never pay to be seen.
Nobody can buy their way past you
The board is ordered by relevance — how well you fit it, how recently you confirmed you are looking, what evidence your profile carries, and whether employers who wrote to you got a reply. Payment is not one of those inputs. Spotlight is a separate, labelled surface, and anyone may back someone's visibility there, including you.
You decide what is public
Compensation, employer names, how precisely your location shows, whether search engines index you, and whether a hire is ever shown publicly are all yours to set. Pause any time; your profile and history are untouched while you are away.
Availability expires on purpose
We ask you to confirm you are still looking every 30 days. That is why an employer browsing here is looking at people who are actually available, rather than a database of profiles that stopped being true a year ago.
